With 310 parking spaces across two levels, this is a large and central facility in downtown Innsbruck. When parking in Innsbruck, pay close attention to the entrance clearance: the upper level (–1) is limited to 1.85 meters, while the lower level (–2) offers a standard 2.00 meters. This means most common cars, vans, and SUVs can enter, though taller vehicles (over 1.85 m) should head directly to the lower level. Regarding safety, the garage is equipped with continuous video surveillance. There are 4 designated disabled parking spaces available. Modern elevators ensure barrier-free access directly to Sparkassenplatz and through the Hörtnagl Passage to Maria-Theresien-Straße. Additionally, the garage provides 4 e-charging stations for electric vehicles.

Where is the Sparkasse Hörtnagl Car Park and How Do I Get There?

The official address is Sparkassenplatz 1, but the entrance is not located on the square itself. Instead, you use a shared entrance at the intersection of Wilhelm-Greil-Straße and Gilmstraße. The best way to reach it is by driving from the north via Bozner Platz. You enter the shared driveway of the so-called “Zentralgarage.” Once underground, you will encounter a roundabout; simply continue straight ahead to enter the Sparkasse Hörtnagl section. Please note that this area is a “shared zone” (Begegnungszone) with a speed limit of 20 km/h. -> Link to the Google Map
